Get Visible

Make NO APOLOGIES for your beautiful wild heart. 🔥🔥 When you decide to consciously decide for yourself what it means to live an extraordinary life, you are essentially saying yes to living life without limitations or projection of other people’s opinions of how you should live. It’s the definition of true freedom.  *Normal*, *regular* and *ordinary* are simply words + ways of being that describe living how most people do based on what is handed to them and accepted within our own culture. And that’s ok. But for you my dear, if you can’t stop dreaming about what’s possible outside of your current state and self-boundaried life - *normal* will not do. Living an extra-ordinary life means making conscious decisions by listening to your heart and living with possibility, purpose + passion. This is where true confidence + self-esteem is created like wildfire. By knowing + trusting that regardless what happens, you can trust your own guidance +...

I talk a lot about the importance of visibility, but truth be told, I’ve struggled with this myself and I see this being a major block with us ladies especially. Am I right??! I guess that’s why I’m so passionate about helping women entrepreneurs. I’ve never met a woman who HASN'T been challenged by it at some point in her business. How can you overcome your fear of being seen? You can begin by retraining your brain, which will form new neural pathways, by increasing your visibility a little bit every day. You’ll eventually get to a point where it will no longer feel like a threat to your well-being. (Ie. your fight or flight response) In fact, it’ll feel easy, joyful and exciting to share your message knowing that you’re creating the impact that you were meant to make in the world. As a brand developer + designer I have to say that being visible (not...

It’s a 🎤 drop of a quote, and it may even sting a bit. It did for me when I initially read it, then I quickly realized the power of how deeply this resonates for probably most of us regardless of whether we’re entrepreneurs earning $200/month or $2 million/month, or where we’re at professionally or personally. That *thing* that‘s tugging at your heart and mind MUST be pursued - and the longer you ignore it, the more painful it becomes. And there lies the rub. That attitude comes from your constant unfulfilled desire. It’s literally weighing you down, dampening your spirit, and you’ll never be happy until you relent, give in and heed the call. Look at it this way: You’ve been receiving this mission and inspiration probably for years, and for good reason. You have a gift in this area and the inspiration you’ve been getting is like your key to unlock the door to a whole...

You maybe asking how you can possibly let something go because that feeling about that person, place or thing was part of your identity wrapped up in a strong belief. It served a purpose. You may ask: How do I know it’s time to let it go? For instance, women entrepreneurs often struggle to see themselves as big contenders in business. They don’t see themselves as the powerful global changemakers that they actually are. I find this particularly sad to see because the life they’ve been dreaming of is on the other side of that negative belief. They may have all the know-how and all the expertise and all the right connections… But until they let go of past beliefs that have kept them held in the same spot for months or years, they can’t get there! How do you know you need to let go of a belief? If you feel ANY negativity toward it then you know...
