For many years, I’ve been coaching entrepreneurs on how to keep up with staying true to who they are + who they’re becoming + how to be in alignment with their brand + biz goals. Because guess what? We personally change + grow + evolve just like our business. We’re the pioneers + creators of our business + personal brand so it’s a natural progression that we occasionally find ourselves at a crossroads, feeling called to pivot in another direction - either in a small or in a BIG way. Like all transitions, they can feel isolating, confusing + daunting - particularly if there’s any amount of internal doubt. And the longer we grapple with this results in some form of self-sabotage which can easily block our business success. In my (+ my clients) experience, getting the support needed to move through this reinvention/rebranding phase is critical. #notfearmongoring Whether it’s through a coach like myself or...

You maybe asking how you can possibly let something go because that feeling about that person, place or thing was part of your identity wrapped up in a strong belief. It served a purpose. You may ask: How do I know it’s time to let it go? For instance, women entrepreneurs often struggle to see themselves as big contenders in business. They don’t see themselves as the powerful global changemakers that they actually are. I find this particularly sad to see because the life they’ve been dreaming of is on the other side of that negative belief. They may have all the know-how and all the expertise and all the right connections… But until they let go of past beliefs that have kept them held in the same spot for months or years, they can’t get there! How do you know you need to let go of a belief? If you feel ANY negativity toward it then you know...

What is an identity crisis – really? Most of us think of this as an issue that plagues only young adults who are first entering the world independent of parental support. With business, the primary culprit for the crisis is: Not knowing who your ideal customer is and why they buy from you Not knowing what you or you’re business is passionate about and what you’re mission is Not having strong branding that effectively reflects your business Not knowing how to get out of the vicious cycle of “not knowing” what to do next!   Sadly, I see so many talented entrepreneurs who fall short of their aspirations, due to a lack of clarity - Which is why I’m happy to say, I’m in the business of helping entrepreneurs find their coordinates, determining where they want to be and creating beautiful customized, kick-a$$ visuals that communicate your voice. Here's my own back story. Picture this...

Okay, now that I’ve got you singing Tina Turner in your head, you may be wondering WTH I mean by “Love” what you do.  After all, what we “do” isn’t “who we are”, so why is it important that we “Love” it. Can’t we just “Like” what we do and be just as happy? Right? Well - yes, and no (and, in that order). Let me explain… Regardless of what your occupation is, whether or not you’re employed, a small business owner or solo-preneur –  we all know we spend most, or at least half of our days working 8 hrs+, many of us 5+ days a week. Stating the obvious here - this a significant chunk of our time. Have you ever considered that by tapping into what you love, you’re unleashing unique talents that will create a more fulfilling career, life, + make you exponentially more money? And will even attract the right...

There's been A LOT of misconception around the discussion of logos and branding, and since this is the primary focus of my business, and in the spirit of the launch of this new site, I decided to write about Branding. This is a massive topic with so much to consider, especially if you're an entrepreneur just starting out. Even I was slightly confused when I decided to become a solopreneur, and I had background in marketing and advertising! In my 15 years in the Graphic Design industry there have been many changes. Although the internet has been around much longer than this, it's really only been in the past 15 years that it's really exploded. [vc_separator type='small' position='center' color='' thickness='' up='' down=''] In January 1998 there were 75 million internet users world wide, and in January 2013, it's risen to almost 3 billion users.
