According to Forbes, women in the U.S. are starting businesses at twice the rate of men. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ When I read that today it inspired me to share a reminder that it’s not only ok for us as women to embrace ambition - if you’re an entrepreneur, it’s a requirement. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ And I actually don’t believe for a red hot second there’s anyone out there who ISN’T ambitious. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Nope. But it may feel that way to due to social conditioning. (and um.. nooo you’re not lazy) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ After years of speaking directly to women entrepreneurs on their hearts desires, missions + dreams, I can say for certain it sure as heck isn’t the lack of ambition but rather the lack of belief in themselves that can often result in hesitation. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ This week I’ve had the pleasure of meeting with half a dozen ladies who have inspired me to a whole other level of mindset + unstoppable ambition within myself! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Isn’t...

Winding down a hectic workday and crazy work week with this guy. 😍 He’s part of the driving force behind my why, along with his brother.
